Failing macro call in ifStep's condition breaks the test

Description

When a step of a macro called in the <condition></condition> of a <ifStep> fails (StepFailedException), the whole test fails whereas only the steps in the <ifStep> should be skipped.

The problem occurs since changes post release 2.5 (introduced by fix for ~~WT-308~~).
