webtest.xml: provide a simple way to configure headless settings

Created: 31/Oct/07 15:29:24   Updated: 31/Oct/07 20:29:02
Affects Version/s: None
Fix Version/s: 2.6

 Description
webtest.xml is able to open the html result file in a browser. Once WT-343 is implemented it will be able to start the WebTestMonitor. Other "goodies" may come that don't make sense when the tests run in an headless mode (typically on a build server).

webtest.xml should provide a simple mechanism to skip all targets that require a display (or only make sense when a display is available).

Done in build 1632: the property 'wt.headless' just needs to be set
